Shortly before your scheduled session begins, you will receive an invitation to the free ZOHO program. **Installation Support Includes:** - **ISTA-P, INPA Set, NCS Expert, ISTA+** (*ISTA iLean requires a separate booking, price, and time slot.*) **Reminder:** - We do not provide services for fixing old installations. If you have a previous installation, ensure it has been **completely removed** from your hard drive before proceeding. - Make sure your system meets **ALL** requirements outlined in the [instruction manual]. Failure to do so may result in an **interrupted session without warning**. - Do not underestimate this requirement. Additionally, ensure that **ALL** necessary files downloaded from the server are placed in **ONE** folder on your **C:/ Drive**. **Support Structure:** - **Support is divided into two separate sessions:** - One session for **ISTA-P, INPA Set, ISTA+** - A separate session for **iLean ISTA** (*Requires a separate booking, as it is handled by different technicians.*) - **Support for both cannot happen at the same time due to separate scheduling and technician availability.** **Important:** Please carefully select the correct service, as we do not offer refunds according to the Terms of Sale.
