Important Note: A download link to the server (Mega) will be sent to you shortly after purchase via email. The Mega server provides two options:

• A free account with a 20GB capacity

• A paid PRO account

It is the customer's responsibility to select and manage their server account. Please read the full Terms of Sale carefully before purchasing.

You may follow our friendly advice for downloading files from the server, as detailed in the Instruction Manual. (Please read it carefully, step by step.)

If this method does not work for you, please check the section called "Download Support." Here, you have the option to purchase additional services. The Instruction Manual provides everything you need, including details on how to schedule an appointment for Online Installation Support, which you have paid for.

About Additional Payment for Online Installation Support:

Payment for scheduling an appointment is mandatory, even if you purchased a program that includes Online Installation Support in advance. Unfortunately, online installation support can only be paid for by credit card, as our supplier does not offer any other payment options.
